What We Do
Has anyone asked you that question before?
I know I've been asked, and I usually respond lamely about our meetings, newsletters and our annual show which is all great stuff, but pretty typical and not terribly unusual or exciting.
Did you know that in the past year MCT has donated $1,850 to various local charities? That's nearly 40% of our income! We gave $1,000 to MOSI's Kids, $500 to the Highway Patrol Troopers Memorial beautification project, $250 to Mason Dixon's Christmas Wish Fund, and $100 to Muscular Distrophy.
As an organization we should be proud of what we have been able to contribute this way. Now, when asked what we do, you can proudly respond, "We give back to the community." Then you can tell them about our meetings, newsletter, annual show, affiliations with the Mustang Club of America, Bill Currie Ford and most of all about the great group of members that make this such a terrific organization.
